Initial visit is 90min to include the following: 1) Medication Management 2) Brief psychotherapy 3) Mental health screening 4) Diagnostic evaluations 5) Genetic testing offer 7) Treatment recommendations

Cancellation Policy

$100 non refundable no show fee due for missed appointment. Due upon receipt of invoice. Patient prohibited from reschedule until fees paid. $50 fee for late cancel within 24hrs of visit.
