15min complimentary discovery call for eligibility, service review and appt scheduling or recommendations to refer outside of this clinic if ineligble.

Cancellation Policy

$100 non refundable no show fee due for missed appointment. Due upon receipt of invoice. Patient prohibited from reschedule until fees paid. $50 fee for late cancel within 24hrs of visit.
